1. Who is selling

Every Sixty is operated by Joe Holter, an individual based in the United States (“we”, “us”). Contact: joe@everysixty.com.

By installing or using Every Sixty, or by buying Pro, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments and Polar

Purchases are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record for tax purposes, and Polar’s buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing section of our home page.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Every Sixty for your own use. The free version is available at no charge.

A Pro license may be used in up to 5 browsers. You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or reverse engineer the license check.

4. Beta

Every Sixty is in beta. Pro is free for everyone during the beta, and both Pro features, sync across browsers and automatic Google Drive backup, are in beta – rolling out and are not available to everyone yet. Pro lets you see and restore the latest session of your other connected browsers, sync saved sessions between them, and back up to your own Google Drive. Sync never closes or changes the tabs you have open. We will announce pricing before the beta ends.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4 per month), a yearly subscription ($24 per year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($39). Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Polar customer portal. Your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If Pro ends, your saved data stays with you and sync and automatic backup pause; everything in the free version keeps working.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any purchase, no questions asked. See our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Every Sixty, our website or Pro license checks to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to our website or to Polar, Google or any other service the extension talks to;
• copy, share or resell license keys, or get around license limits.

We may end a license that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Your data

Your saved sessions are stored locally in your browser and, if you turn on Pro sync or backup, in a private app folder in your own Google Drive. You own your data and can export it to JSON or bookmarks HTML at any time. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer

Every Sixty is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Browsers, extensions and storage can fail. We work to keep your tabs safe, but we cannot promise that saved data will never be lost, so keep exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of Every Sixty. Our total liability for any claim relating to Every Sixty is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $0 if you paid nothing).

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for a material change we will also say so in the extension or on the home page. If you keep using Every Sixty after a change, you accept the updated terms.
